30-Day Return Policy – AmbitionCanvas

We want you to love your motivational canvas as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to make things right.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized canvases (e.g., with names, dates, or custom quotes)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Orders not picked up from the delivery point (these are considered non-refundable)

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email ambitioncanvasprints@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🖼️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your canvas arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
